SPL has its office in Vaughan, Ontario and provides consulting services, design parameters and construction control. Services are offered for consulting engineers, architects, lawyers, manufacturers, developers, institutions, private and government clients across Canada and internationally. To service its clients, the firm will expand into new service areas.
